Job Descriptions:
Proficient in Advanced Excel.
Strong expertise in Bookkeeping and reconciling Trial Balances.
Cleaning up and organizing substantial amounts of data extracted from QuickBooks in Excel using advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and checking for duplicates.
Familiarity with complex QuickBooks functions including Pay Check, Employee payroll setup, Item list, Payroll item list, applying 'customer payments with invoices' and 'deposits with customer payments', clearing undeposited funds account, and applying bill payments with bills.
Ensuring accurate balances of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) based on imported data into QuickBooks.
Ability to identify errors in the import process and rectify them in Excel to guarantee a smooth and error-free import of QuickBooks data.
Knowledge of GST, Tally, Income Tax, TDS, PF, and ESI.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share for pharmaceutical manufacturing products.
Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry, fostering strong B2B relationships.
Drive channel sales strategies, including identifying and managing distributor relationships to ensure effective product distribution.
Lead international sales efforts, including market analysis, identifying potential markets, and implementing strategies to penetrate global markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and materials that effectively highlight product features and benefits.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitor activities to enhance product positioning.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in B. Pharma, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in B2B sales, channel sales, and international sales.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in lead generation and market research.
Customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
